She is the utmost professional with extensive knowledge of her products and the procedure she completes, her medical backgrounds and her attention to detail when explaining the products and the procedures aid in making you feel totally informed with what will happen and the fact that she will ring you the to follow up on how you are feeling with the results shows that she cares about every patient.
