After trying for years to sharpen my Wusthof knives with different sharpeners and spending a fortune on them with temporary ok ish results I decided out of frustration to give Jamie at SKO a go as he is local to me. Within 2 days of dropping them off I had them back and they are better than new!! Razor sharp, all the dings and dents have gone and they are staying sharp. Jamie has done a brilliant job of sharpening my Japanese and Western Knives, he uses traditional whetstone method, which creates a much cleaner edge, and finished than horrible machine sharpening! This also prevent wearing the blade down less! His done an excellent job and will be using the services regularly!

I just used Sharp Knives only and was extremely pleased with the job and the excellent customer service. I only needed x1 knife done and they gave me an excellent quote and even on such a small job the knife was returned sharp and boxed professionally. They also offer discounts for multiple knives.
